I directed and co-produced a 5-minute micro-documentary, 《城市的声音》, overseeing the full production process from concept development to post-production. This project was about the contrast between the sounds of a ever-busy city while also highlighting the serenity that still happens in pockets of spaces in Singapore.

I led the team by managing planning, sourcing interviewees, liaising with filming locations, and guiding the overall direction of the shoot. Furthermore, I actively contributed across all stages. This included filming, interviewing, and editing, to ensure a cohesive and emotionally engaging narrative.

This project tested my capabilities to create a narrative that I can call my own. It gave me more courage liaise with multiple stakeholders and also touch certain parts of the creative process that I was weaker in previously.
